Shipping Orders 

To provide the fastest, safest and most affordable delivery options, we ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays with the exception of holidays. We use UPS 3-day ground service from Atlanta. Click here to view the US map of our service area.

Cutoff time for orders:

  • Midnight on Sunday to be shipped on Monday.
  • Midnight on Monday to be shipped on Tuesday.
  • Any orders placed after midnight on Monday will be shipped the following Monday.
  • If you have a seedling emergency, email or call us and we will help you!

Pick Up Orders 

  • Please place your order at least 24 hours prior to your pick up time.  
  • Place your order online and during Checkout select a day/time to pick up.
  • Available pick up times:
    • Tuesdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm 
    • Saturdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm 
    • By appointment. Email or call us to schedule a pick up appointment before placing your order. We will do everything possible to accommodate  🙂

  • If you are placing your order to be picked up at an event, please select “Regional Event” when checking out and type the name of the event in the “Order Notes” section.

Can I Drop-in and Shop?

Yes! We LOVE visitors – come look around, shop, bring your friends, share our seedling and tower garden love!  But… we are not on-site all day every day. Please contact us before driving over.  We are usually right around the corner but appointments help us so much. We look forward to meeting you!

When is the best time to order?

Good question! The best time to place online orders is Wednesday morning. Orders received Tuesday-Monday are shipped the following Monday and Tuesday so our inventory is at it’s lowest on Tuesdays. We do our biggest inventory updates Tuesday evening so inventory is the highest on Wednesday. We also evaluate seedlings during the week so be sure and set an alert if any item you want is temporarily out of stock. Also feel free to email us regarding availability, making a large order or special request. We love to hear from you!

Our Policy for Shipping Live Plants

  • Our Responsibility: We ship only the healthiest, highest quality seedlings. Minor stress like slight yellowing or wilting due to shipping is normal. Your seedlings will improve quickly when they are in your Tower Garden® with Tower Tonic. We reserve the right to make seedling substitutions and will contact you on shipping day if a substitution is necessary.
  • Your Responsibility: Open the box immediately and place the seedlings in your Tower Garden immediately. Care instructions are enclosed with your order. If you have any concerns, notify us via email at Support@atlurbanfarms.com with photos as soon as they arrive.  Please remove the seedlings from the shipping container before taking pictures. We cannot be held responsible if we are not notified within 3 calendar days.
  • Replacement/Refund Policy: If you notify us within 3 days, we will gladly replace or refund damaged seedlings. For 4 or more seedlings, we will ship replacements at no charge or issue a refund for the price of the seedling(s). For 3 seedlings or less, we will issue a refund for the price of the seedling(s).
